DAYCARE REQUIREMENTS
- Dogs must be at least 12-weeks old
- All dogs over 7-months old must be spayed or neutered.
- All dogs must be in good health and are required to have the following three vaccinations prior to playtime or boarding. Documentation from a licensed veterinarian is requested.1. Rabies vaccine
2. Distemper w/ lepto
3. Bordetella – kennel coughWe want your dog's visit to Maddie & Ellie's House to be as comfortable as possible. Even though staying at an unfamiliar place may make your dog nervous, there are things that can help ease the transition. For example, if your dog is not a chewer, we encourage you to bring something that smells like home, such as a blanket, t-shirt, or a favorite toy. Also, please bring your dog’s normal diet, including any special treats. Our experienced staff is happy to administer any current medications.*

The following two forms must be submitted when scheduling reservations.
Monday - Friday arrivals/departures from 7am-12pm & 2pm-7pm.
Saturday arrivals/departures from 8 a.m. - 10 a.m.
Sunday arrivals/departures from 5 p.m. - 7 p.m.
Tours available Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 10 a.m. & 4 p.m. - 6 p.m.PRICES
Overnight Boarding
Boarding without daycare - $30/night
(includes 4 outdoor walks during the day and in an individual crate at night)
Boarding with half-day daycare - $45/night
(includes 4 outdoor walks and up to 5 hours of playtime with the other dogs during the day and in an individual crate at night.)
Boarding with full-day daycare - $50/night
(includes 4 outdoor walks and over 5 hours of playtime with the other dogs during the day and in an individual crate at night.)
Private Suites - $65/night
(includes 4 outdoor walks and unlimited hours of playtime with the other dogs during the day or a run with your dog and in a private 8’x4’ room at night.)
